Paid 13,000 from a private party for a 1995 E420 with 39,000 miles and in perfect condition in the summer of 2002. Had to change the wiring harness a couple of months later, but at least Mercedes paid for the part. Drove 400+ miles, but it was the best ride home ever. Amazing car.
