Can you provide the exact measurements of what you want ?
Best deal is to make one out of cardboard put together with duct tape... then measure the outside... include the size of the holes you want....and the placement.. put them in the car and use them a few days and see if they interfer with something like your elbow....
I am not promising anything but I have intended to get my wood working back in gear... and I have new mesquite cut down for the wood... I am going to make one for my car...
In mine I am going to ' monogram' it with crushed turquoise in clear epoxy... I have seen jewelry boxes done this way(also made from mesquite) that look great...
