Can you router a channel in the bottom for wiring for a cup heater to keep the coffee, tea, brandy, etc. warm while driving??

Maybe insulate the holes with thinsulate? How about adjustable for various sizes?

TV screen? Mini laptop? GPS, DVD, etc?????
