Well, this guy obviously has ebay completely in his pocket, no other way this kind of thing can happen, especially when the "tone" of my feedback is pretty mellow compared to some that I've seen. There is even other bad feedback I've seen on his profile that is now gone. Pretty much shows that ebay will do anything for $'s.

I guess since the bad feedback that HE left for ME is still there, I should just ask ebay how much $'s to have them remove it.

No wonder I'm bitter about ebay and will not use it now. Sellers can violate policy by selling stuff they don't have, hopeing to just order it when someone pays them, and if you're a "power seller", you can DO NO WRONG.
