And now, I'm just talking to myself .. Scraped all the silicone off the bottom of the relay, popped it open..... One of the solder connections for the relay itself was cracked big as day.. Resoldered it, and I feel confident that I have solved the cutting off issue.. If I still have it, I'LL BE BACK....

Thanks folks.. I love this forum.. If not for this forum I would have NEVER purchased this car. So far I haver managed to fix the 25 or so problems with this car without taking it anywhere.. Now if I could just figure out how to do a state inspection at home???
