Ask anyone who has experience driving a Unimog and you'll probably find that they would not think his comment was a "boast".
I would have to ask if your comment is based on your "gut" feeling or your experience and knowledge speaking about side slope abilities? Would you happen to have the side slope specs for the Hummer or Unimog? I think you would be very surprised at to what angle you can drive a fully loaded Unimog. Please keep in mind that much of its weight is down low between the frame rails and you would poop yourself before you would get that Unimog on its side. Have a look at this site and see at least one instance where Hummers can/did fail
to go .
There are many other examples of what a Unimog is capabble of but I am not here to start a pissing contest about what is better. The best thing whether it is a car or truck, is the one you own that actually works, the rest is gravy.
