Picture quality is pretty poor to truly determine the vehicles description. Personally I wouldn't trust any dealers description of a vehicle, my personal experience has told me time and time again they lie.

Do a search on how to purchase a vehicle, if you follow all the guidelines it will provide you with a 90% probability of buying a good vehicle. Service records are extremely important on MB's, ask the selling dealer to get a VMI and service record history for the car through the dealer. If they don't provide either I'd walk away.
