And enforce these new laws unfairly, and outrageously, so that less unfair but more outrageous crimes would be punished more outrageously but less unfairly than more unfair but less outrageous crimes. And, shoot, don't outlaw nitwits, make them enforce the laws! Oh, wait! They already do...
