Thanks!

I must confess that I am not a big modifier!

My 535, for example, is all stock except for a Jim Conforti chip and 16" BBS RS II wheels. My 911 is all stock except for being slightly lowered and with 7 and 8 inch wide 911 Turbo wheels.

For the C, I plan on keeping it mostly stock. When the stock 205/55 16 tires wear out, I plan on replacing them with 225/50 16s (like the Sport pack comes with).

I also considered getting the Brabus springs, but decided against it. The total cost would be $910 installed by Brabus (right down the road from me), which is a bit high. I also am not certain how it would affect ride quality and tire wear. My wife puts most of the miles on the car, and she loves the smooth ride! I've also read about some of the previous C owners complaining about having trouble aligning the car after lowering.

I do think the car looks a lot better sitting a half inch or so lower. I noticed that a lot of cars in MB photos seem to sit lower than the stock production car!

So, other than having the CD player put in next week, I think I am going to sit tight for a while and try to learn more about the car before considering any mods.

(p.s. didn't mean to offend with the "cute" comment, but that was my wife's reaction, and has been the reaction of most of our friends and family!)
