The picture that I posted was for Steve , and he has been following my previous posts, and has been aware of them. I posted them to ask about the plunger stem clearance to the small piece (seperate plunger housing where the plunger seal is attached) that it travels through.

While I'm not sure why I am confusing to you (even in this thread) because I thought I have explained the questions that I had about the FD. Maybe you didn't read all the previous posts, but Myarmar helped with his article (and was not confused ) on ultrasonic cleaning the FD. That's the technical info I have been looking for....thanks again Myarmar!
