I fear my 1993 w/M104 is having the same issue, primarily on colder mornings.

Would this also cause "slight" hesitation from a rest, with low throttle application, when engine is still fairly cold?

Do both of these parts need replacing? Also, where is the housing located, so I can check to see if the "SW 43/94" is lower on my car.
