I also had that same hose leaking. It is available for around $3.00 from performance products. I have been waiting for a quote on that one from parts shop. But, while waiting, I tightened the hose clamps and my leak is gone. I will replace the hose on principle at some later event, but my clamps bolts turned easily 5-6 turns. Just don't overtighten. Try using a ratchet with a screwdriver bit, otherwise it is hard to tighten without removing the turbo hose.
