I got a MM that does Duty cycle, but I can never get a reading from my car, it is an 85, and I was under the impression that duty cycle came in a year or two later, cars from 85 are still on KE-II and starting with KE-III you get Duty cycle readings. I do get the voltage reading and it is propper right now.

Can anyone confirm this? Or is my MM just not working right, I don't have a % button on it, just a switch to Duty cycle.
