OK, I tried tightening the clamps and they were both tight and actually the hose looked like it was in pretty good condition. So, I started looking around and it looks like the I have a leak around the thermostat housing. Is it possible that I received the wrong thermostat or gasket when I replaced the old one? I have even used the form-a-gasket stuff to complete the seal since it was leaking after the replacement.
