Does anyone know of a good product that i can use to touch up the scrapes in the leather on my driver's seat? (see pic)

Also, my windscreen has a very small (about 2mm) chip in it that's bothering me, typically it's on the driver's side right at eye-level!
Anyone know of a good product to fill in the chip and make it 'dissapear'?
