I guess I got lucky. I got a 90 420 SEL off ebay New Years Eve. Early in the day it stayed around 4k i bought it for 5900. It only had 114k not bad for a 14yo car. I got a cheap flight and got there it was just as the owner had said. Excellent intieor and only 4 rust blisters. The exhaust needs some work. It runs perfect got 22mpg coming home 840 miles. It is a great ride, and I thought my SE was great.But going over it I have a few things to address.
1st the sun roof: can u lubricate it or what. I took the back cover out and rolled it back with a socket. it will close with the motor.
Can't see any way to fix it without changing motor and cable. The other is the exhaust any places that sell quality a little cheap? How can I get the wheels back to normal is it a paint or what. Also I am going to sell my 380SE it is in excellent condition. Thanks
