You should find the defroster relay on the right rear sidewall of your trunk. My 95 S had a small fuse box with a door, but this relay is too far to the rear to easily access from the door, so I had to remove the panel on trunk wall. Best I remember the relay was pink (??) I had to use wet or dry sand paper to re-surface the contacts inside the relay. This brought my defroster back.
