it takes a little finesse to do the 201 cars, but the hard part is getting the cap back on.

I use a long thin screw driver to pop the cap and then use the screwdriver to get the lever out of the slots and then turn it by pushing on one side of the lever with the screwdriver.

If it has the later plastic cap its just harder.
