Check the fuse for the climate control in the main fusebox, too -- if it is bad (most likely just died of old age), replace it and see if the CC works. It defaults to dash vents, full heat if the fuse is bad, usually has only low speed fan.

If that fuse died of old age (cracked, or corroded), you should probably replace all the fuses since they will all be in the same shape. Common problem with the "bullet" fuses.
