The Buffer I have is the exact same buffer my body shop guy uses. Its variable speed, and was designed for polishing. I forget the brand though. It could also be used for construction work, but the one I bought came with the polishing setup. It works great, though be careful with the highest speed hehehe that thing can pull ya if it gets a grip.
