Be sure to check the over voltage protection relay fuse. If the fuse is blown you would not get the needed fuel enrichment for cold starts. Many cars have the fuel system set so rich this only rears its ugly head when the temperature drops. Red ten amp fuse on the top of silver relay near the battery. Good luck
