Kerry is right. When these cars were new, they came without cords attached to the heater. The dealer would put on the cord before delivery if you asked them.
The cord is generic, not MB specific, but you probably can get one by clicking on PartsShop above. There are two screw terminals on the heater that is on the side of the block below the manifolds. Make sure you route the cable so that it does not get wrapped up in a V belt or something.
The plug end should come out on the passenger side bottom of the radiator at the bottom of the grill opening. The way the dealer routed it on these cars was such that you could stuff it out of the way in the summer, then open the hood and pull it out for accessibility in the fall.
