Anyone have any suggestions for removing the windshield of a '93 124?

There is a horrible squeak in the area of the lower left corner of my windshield at certain temperatures. According to the previous owner this squeak started after the windshield was replaced with a PPG unit. I think the glass is rubbing on part of the body at certain temperatures. It is driving me nuts! If I can get to the gasket area I may be able to fix it w/o removing the glass, but we'll see.

If anyone out there has removed the trim and/or glass successfully, I'd be interested in hearing their technique. Thanks for the help.
