Is this possible? My drivers side window reg has stripped 3 teeth, won't quite go all the way up. Pass side has just been done proffesionally. Can I take the reg out of a 1985 300 (large body) sedan and swap it with mine? I mean, will the reg from a 1985 work in my E320? It could save me $93 bucks.

I am about to embark on changing the head gasket and timing cover.
