Not sure why you want to do this, but if you can procure a set or wiper arms from a parted-out W124, you could weld (or epoxy) a bolt shaft to the end of the wiper shaft and get locknuts for the other bolt ends.

Drill a hole of the same size to the panels beneath the headlights and insert the wiper shaft bolt ends into each hole. Tighten on other side with locknuts.

You have now added another degree of difficulty to headlight removal!
