If you are removing it anyways go ahead and have all the valve guides and seals done, along with a valve seat grind.

Also, at least, I suggest polishing the combustion chambers and exhaust ports. This reduce carbon build up in the combustion chamber and exhaust ports that leads to restricting air flow and helps the engine to run cleaner.
