It's fine. It runs a lot faster than 10.1 or 10.2. Mind you, I only use it for surfing the internet (with Safari), gentle word processing (Word X), messing with my digital photographs (mainly iPhoto and sometimes Corel Photo-Paint 11), and such like. It is not networked and the only peripherals are a printer and an ethernet DSL modem.
It is a 400Mhz iMac DV with slot loading. It is graphite. I have fitted it with 384Mb of RAM. It makes do with 12Gb hard disk, which is not really enough for the pictures.
The key to stability is not using a USB modem: they crash all the time and run really slowly. Ethernet modems are fine.
