Hi all

I have searched previous posts for head rest problems but seen none pertaining to mine. Anyway, the driver side head rest is not working while the motor is moving.

I've followed instruction to remove the seat back, checked the motor and everything looked fine. I suspected that I maybe a loose connection as I removed and reinserted the power cable. The head rest then worked fine for several day but now it's stop working. Again the motor sounded like it's working and the the head rest is not loose at all. The power contact also seems very tight.

Any idea, suggestion?
