Hey Rick,
With your statement about 1981-1991 126 chassis being essentially the same except for the wheels, can I assume that most everything else is/can be the same. I know where there is an '84 or '85 SD (no motor or tranny) in a salvage yard. I need a few things for mine and it would save me a few bucks to get the parts there than brand new.
