FastLane has the valve for $45.57 and it ships today. I do not know the recommended procedure for removing these. When I did mine, I snipped off the plastic levers from the old valve. This made it easier to remove the cable loop from the levers. The looped end of the cable just pops over the new arms. While you have the valve out of the car, you may want to make sure the cables both slide freely. There should be nothing to prevent full range movement. Lube them up and then install the new valve.
