Hello.
I have a 98 ML320 that come with a navigation system installed, it have the main unit under the passenger seat and on top of the dash a display like this one:


Unfortunately this part was stolen from my car, they only took the part on top of the dash and break the cable when pulled out, now I wonder if any of you know where I can find this part or if it is possible to install a newest one like the one below. I know will work with my CD changer, but I’m not sure if this one will work with my existing NAV drive. I know I can install a whole new system but I want to keep the parts that I already have (NAV drive under seat, antenna and cables) and just add the display (might need to add adapters).
