Looks US to me. Definitely aftermarket wheels and wheel openning mouldings. Does it have a VIN viewable through the windshield drivers side? If it does it is US. I think that holds for all 126 models. They may have started doing like the US on all models at some point though. There should be an emissins sticker on the radiator support if its a US model unless that area has been replaced due to accident.
