He must have his kids in a rich suburban school. In our district, the parents of the children aren't buying supplies for their individual children, they're buying the basic necessities for the school so it can operate at all. Parents buy paper for the copy machine.

The most basic property a person has is their mind and it is essential to their freedom. If the libertarians have their way, there will be no public schooling. They think the only children worthy of an education are the children of the wealthy. I think society is the steward of the minds of all its young and should give them as much opportunity as possible for their minds to develop.
