Take your car to a shop where they are used to work with european cars, preferebly MB's. That is what I did after looking around for a while and I am very happy with the results. Insist on genuine MB parts if they are going to replace anything. I do not know the condition of your paint right now but, they may match the color of your paint but not the condition of paint on the rest of your car. If you know what I mean.
