They should be able to scrape the current sticker off and if you're lucky put it back on the new windshield. If it doesn't hold you have the current sticker to show when ask for a new one. Getting a new inpsection because of a windshielsd replacement would be like re-registering your car because you changed your oil. What state do you live in?
