Buy it, you will need it. The warranty is only small cost compare to ANY single repair cost.

I took my 95 140 for an aligment at 69K mile, the car needed to replace lower control arm bushings, motor mount, and transmission mount. The bill was $1400.00. Of couse, if I did not have warranty, I would repair the mounts myself, and wait a little long to fix the bushings.
