1974 TDM says M130 stretch bolts for flywheel or drive plate on crankshaft 3-4kpm and 90 + 10 angle of rotation.

I say this as a quote because the 1969 TDM isn't so clear. It states 9.5 + .5 but has a footnote that models made after 1968 follow the 3-4 with angle of rotation.
