If you want your Rolex done right... ussually, I talk with the young guys coming out of school at the DFW NACC watch show March 6th.
Other option is finding a Masterwatch maker from AWI's website. I've used a guy in Irving whom had 65+ years of experience.

Both options are much less than what a rolex dealer would charge and both are well trained in high-end watches.

Thanks for the tip on Bailey's. I'll take it to heart and give them a try when I do the M103 head.
