Dear listers,
Could you please share the knowledge pertaining the MB 124 sunroof intended design. Is is supposed to a) stay airtight since new for a long time then leak some, while draining tubes take care of the drainage; b) stay airtight all the time, draining tubes providing "flood insurance"; c) stay airtight for does not matter how long since draining tubes are an integral part of the sunroof system and should drain all the drainage. The reason i even ask is that I have my sunroof pretty tight IMHO and it still leaks quite a bit during/after the carwashes. Knowing the MB intended design should help with the repairs.
