Being tasked with Homeland Security, "Fetch" isn't in their job description. Unless there's some known Al-Qaeda cell in the direction that you've thrown an object, they'll look at you quizzically wondering, "Why in the he** did he do that?"

Wow! I thought you guys had state laws stating snow was not allowed in Texas!
We did but, the Republicans are in charge these days and damned anything can happen.

BTW-I've already had a couple of calls this morning from people telling me that they weren't getting out because of the weather ;-O. FWIW, now it's about 42ºF, the streets are perfectly clear and the sky is clear. It's done.
