Yep, they've got glitches alright. Ninety percent of the D2B COMAND problems were fixed by replacing hardware, with only a handful of software issues. With the MOST system, found on all 211's and '04 215/220's it's the other way around. We've got software updates galore! MB sends me several updates every month for a variety of issues. It's more client-friendly now than in the past. Software updates can usually be done while the owner waits for the car, and there's no dis-assembly of the car required. S.W. updates don't require parts either, so no stock/wrong parts isn't a problem. Regarding albert champion's concerns, it should be noted that non-COMAND equipped vehicles suffer from the same "glitches" as the COMAND cars as stated by DR.D
