The realy amazing thing is that that's his daily driver!

It's a '95 (I think; year may be wrong, but it's definitely between '95 and '97) F-350 with a 12 valve 6BT Cummins swapped in. The owner got to the limit of the power levels he could get out of the Powerstroke (600 horsepower), so in an effort to get even more power, he dropped the Cummins in. That engine's been modified to accomodate twin turbos, extra fuel injected, etc. although it's not running propane injection (a common diesel mod).

Now, here are the numbers...
800 horsepower and 1500 ft-lbs of torque (measured at rear wheel) and almost 100 lbs of boost.
And the real shocker...that truck still gets 18 mpg. Heck, I wish I could get that mileage out of my 6.9l! (I get 14 as it is)
The other real shocker is that that 6BT is hooked up to a Ford E4OD tranny...granted, he's modified the tranny to handle that kinda power, but the E4OD is typically known as the E4POS, and he's apparently had pretty good luck with it...

Now I know what I wanna do with my truck someday
