Ok well I have been trying to get a job for over a month after my old store closed. I found another company similar to my former employeer that wanted to employee me very much because of almost 3 years of experince and many accoplisments that I recieved at the prior job. I sat down for over 2 hours with the one of the stores mangers and talked about everything and it went very well (so proud of myself second job interview ever). They sent me off to be drug tested and the only way I could fail would be my supplements (passed). Well three days after the interview I recieved a letter saying that they could not hire me due to being a felon. They ran my social with someone elses name. I know who they ran and this happened before. I called the company to dispute on Jan. 30th I have called once a week since then and they tell me it's still under investigation. Well this week I called everyday and they got pissey with me so I went off.
Told them they are costing me a job and if they did not get it fixed within the next week an attorney would be contacting them about the matter.
I went into the store talked to the manger and they still want me to work there even though they filled the postion. But they have to have this cleared up first.
You guys have any ideas on what to do?
After spending 400 bucks on the car this week im getting low on cash and need a job
