It's the good ol' M110, whose only fault is burning oil as the valve seals wear. It is one of the few engines where replacing them is a large hassle because the cam box needs to come off to do it.

You might find it underpowered - that is a lot of car to push around with 2.8 L - I rode in one in the UK and that was the one thing the owner did not like.

The parts guys will roll their eyes because the will have to go to some more trouble to verify your parts are the right number, but should not be a real problem.
