Good luck. I've been fighting an identity mix up for 5 years now. I've had 2 attornies and a fella at the states General Attornies office working on it. It's not easy to straighten out sometimes, for some stupid reason. Fact of the matter is, there's too many people out there who won't do their job(banks, collection agencies, credit companies, ect) , and frankly don't care. I'm just lucky that at least the other fella I'm mixed up with isn't a felon. He just doesn't make his car payments.
