Ins. companies generally don't check points unless you have had a recent claim or are changing your policy.

Texas has that PFJ, but we call it a "No Contendre". And you have to stay clean for 90 days, or else the additional ticket (and points) get accumulated.

And I know you came here for help, but slow down! I understand youthful exuberance (I once was young), but it's not worth it.
