Joking aside, if GM would ditch the IFS 4x4 front axle in favor of a real drive axle and ditched the D-max for a Cat (I think a 3116 would fit just fine!

), I would at least be able to respect them...but who in their right minds puts aluminum cylinder heads on a "heavy-duty" diesel and puts CV joint axles under the front end of a 1 ton 4x4? *shrug*
My first choice is actually Dodge...can't argue with an engine that can get 1 million miles of life and can be modified to outrun most ricers
