Had my computer " worked on " over the christmas holidays.
Ever since then, when i go to a website to download a PDF file, my download manager loads it over & over & over & over......
The only way I can stop it ( it downloaded 1 document 86 times !! ), is to pull the plug out of the wall. Drastic, but effective.
Anybody care to provide some suggestions? Yes I am computer illiterate.
