I still have to pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming. I bought a set of Kumho's for my 300E last year because I was financially strapped and they were so filthy cheap I had to give them a try. I figured they would at least hold enough air to get me back and forth to the office.
I do my own mounting and balancing and I was amazed when they required so little balance weight. I can run these tires to 100 MPH and they are absolutely as smooth as any Michelin or Continental that I've ever used.
They now have over 10,000 miles on them, and I have rotated them once. When I put them on the balancer, they were still within a few grams of perfect.
Every once in a while you find a product that defines the old "you get what you pay for" wives tale. In this case, I got WAY more than I paid for.
I hesitate to brag on them too much for fear of the Kumho people catching on and raising their prices.
I can't remember the exact model tire, but they are 195 65 15 SR rated high treadwear tires. I'm thinking AS 795, but that may be some other tire I put on one of the buggies around here.
Hope this helps,
