If the mounts are original, I am quite sure that they are close to being flat. Cost is somewhere around 15-20 dollars, and not impossible to put in. Look under your car for the shock, I think its on the passenger side, below the turbo. I suppose you could replace it too, but I think that you'll get more results from new mounts. That and toss in a bottle of Diesel fuel catalyst from Redline, you will notice a difference, as other users will confirm.
